PERSONAL DATA AND TRANSMISSION

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

YOUR RIGHTS TO DISCLOSURE

CORRECTION

You have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected. If the MWS has doubts about the accuracy of such correction, it will be entitled to refrain from carrying out the correction until the facts of the matter have been cleared up.

ERASURE

You have the right to have personal data erased. The MWS will not erase the data if it is legally obliged to store the data. If the MWS has doubts about the legitimacy of an erasure instruction, it will be entitled to refrain from carrying out the erasure until the facts of the matter have been cleared up.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF THE PROCESSSING

You have the right to have the processing restricted in cases where you call into question the accuracy of the data (until the issue has been cleared up), the processing is unlawful, you still need the data for the assertion of legal claims (after the purpose for which the data was being processed has ceased to exist), or you opt out in accordance with Article 21 GDPR. This will not apply if the TRIPLE consotium’s reasons for the processing are compelling and worthy of protection.

RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You have the right to receive in machine-readable format your data stored with us. As formats, we offer the txt format (UTF-8 or ANSI) and pdf.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Revocation will be effected in the same way as the consent or by sending an email to the data protection officer (see below), explaining which consent you are withdrawing. Any data processing undertaken prior to the revocation of consent will remain lawful.
