Аналіз legal regulation of livestock breeding in Ukraine proved that the existing normative regulations regulate various types of social relations, because they concern both the functioning of whole sub-sectors of livestock breeding, and the production of certain types of livestock products, individual spheres of activity in animal husbandry. It is concluded that in the part of agrarian law there is a legal institute of animal husbandry, which is included in a special part of this branch of law.
