Abstract
Pojava i ubrzani razvoj računalne tehnologije dovela je do veće fleksibilnosti protoka poslova i radnih mjesta te povećane učinkovitosti za uredske radnike, ali je to istodobno rezultiralo nizom zdravstvenih problema kao što su: kumulativne traume, sindrom karpalnog kanala i drugih ozljeda ponavljajućih naprezanja uzrokovanih nedostatnim dizajnom radnog mjesta. Međutim, prikazne jedinice računala mogu biti vrlo štetne, kako za vid, tako i za cijelo psiho-fizičko stanje čovjeka. Izvedbeno -tehnološki postoje različite vrste prikaznih jedinica, a svaka od njih ima specifična djelovanja na zdravstveno stanje korisnika. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati norme koje reguliraju čimbenike koji utječu na zdravlje korisnika pri dugotrajnoj i kontinuiranoj upotrebi prikaznih jedinica, te pravnu regulativu koja osigurava provođenje ovih normi u cilju sigurnosti na radu i zaštite zdravlja radnika. ; The appearance and rapid development of computer technology has led to greater flexibility of workflow and increased efficiency for office workers, but has resulted in a number of health problems such as: cumulative traumas, carpal tunnel syndrome and similar recurring strain injuries caused by inadequate design at the workplace. However, computer display units can be very damaging to both the vision and the whole psycho-physical state of man. Technologically, there are different types of display units, each with specific effects on the health of the user. The aim of this paper is to analyze the standards that regulate the factors that affect the health of users in the long-term and continuous use of display units, and the legal regulations that ensure the implementation of these standards in order to ensure safety at work and protect the health of workers.
